1) To monitor and maintain the existing system to make sure that they are working properly and if possible, proactively find the potential problem before it happens on our system.2) To manage the helpdesk team to provide support to end users, and if necessary, I will provide the second level support to end users.3) To keep up with the new emerging technology, and if possible, find any solution that could help the growth of the business.4) If we found some useful solution/system and the management decided to use it, I need to evaluate it in a lab environment before it can be deployed into our productive environment, these includes reviewing the system documents in details and designing testing it in the lab, and then deploy it into our existing network.5) After deployment, I need to create the documentation for the new system to keep track of what have done on our network, additionally, if necessary, I need to create corresponding user guide or manual to teach user how to use the new system.
2000-8 - 2004-8 Network Engineer

1) To associate the network manager to roll out the systems or applications.2) To do the IT routine jobs such as changing the backup tape; create/delete user account.3) To make any useful suggestion to the manager on our existing system.4) To provide helpdesk support to end users.
