Responsibilities and Achievements

1. In charge of IBM Global Prioritydiscount wedding prom dresses Sale customers’ discount wedding prom dressesdemand forecast and build plan coordination.
2. Take lead in Large Enterprise Direct sales management, which involves close engagement with IBM PCD and X-series teams. 3. Take lead in coordination for IBM.com PRC call center setup, whose target is to expand IBM’s sales force and market share in China’s PC market. During the project analysis and development, with different teams’ support, I’ve setup the new selling process and supporting systems, esp. the complicated pricing system. The project has provided me great opportunities to learn from IBM WW the advanced market concept and prevision. The most challenging part is to leverage the concept with IIPC’s own culture, but with the virtual team’s great input, we’ve approaching success. 1.
